 When you choose Key2Know as your competence development partner, and we have defined your visions, strategies and goals, you will work closely with our Implementation Consultants to ensure the link between these aspects and the competencies and learning necessary to fulfil them.

For competencies, we help you

  • work systematically with competence processes

  • measure competency processes

We work with you to develop competency catalogues, competency and Annual Review processes, implement competency management tools and measure the effect and effectiveness of your efforts.

In many of our projects, evaluation is either an independent project task or part of the competency and learning project. We have many years of experience in developing pre- and post-tests for training activities, measuring knowledge level and effectiveness and implementing certification processes.


Within the learning area, we are experts in digital learning. We offer advise and implement solutions for

  • e-learning

  • rapid learning

  • mobile learning

  • virtual classroom training.

This means that we do not perform classroom training in the traditional sense of the term. We advise you on the selection of training method for all learning activities. However, we implement digital solutions only.

The development of digital learning requires specific competencies compared to traditional training and teaching methods. We are experts in designing cross-sectional teams with main competencies in such varied subjects as

  • training theory and communication

  • graphical design and HCI (Human Computer Interaction)

  • technologies – from using authoring tools to specialized .NET or Flash development

  • project management.
